Upon confirming the quality we provide, Kech Viking will deliver same quality of parts every time. Our conformity over the part quality attributes to the certified frame of work the factories have been undergoing, which is also why Taiwan made aftermarket parts is different to other country source.

 To achieve the quality production, the factories are required to pass a detailed review and inspection of its facilities and production process. An independent testing laboratory will validate whether the factory is able to meet quality standards of the certified organization. (capa for US, TUV for Euro) .

Just Right Quality to Replace Original Equipment

Based on the OE sample, the aftermarket parts we choose are insignificantly different over fit, finish, paint adhesion, coating performance, weld integrity, adhesive performance and corrosion, and are examined to confirm to the standard of certification which you will find stamping or making inside the part to identify “made in Taiwan” and production lot.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

For below listed categories from the day our part installed

We guarantee our parts to be free of defects over function, material usage and craftmanship during the production. The warranty includes perforation due to corrosion in normal use. Please prepare the information necessary (refer to the 3.defect claim. 4. credit and reimbursement section of general claim policy) to invoke the warranty.

Kech Viking Product warranty coverage:
*cooling fan & blower assembly—-one year.
*window regulator assembly——-one year.
*lighting: (head light, tail light, fog light, backup light, side marker)—one year
*chassis: rod, link, control arm, bushing and rack end
*side mirror assembly (door mirror): one year
*TPMS: one year or 18000 km, whichever comes first.

What is not covered:
This warranty does not include any costs involved in labor over installation, paint or replacement, nor does it cover the failure resulting by other accident, damages, abuse, chemical corrosion or poor workmanship while installation.

Kech Viking shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising by other parts’ failure or by inland delivery.

General Claim & Reimbursement Policy

1. Quantity Check:
Upon receiving the parts, it is required to check the parts which match to the packing list and invoice. For any shortage or overage claim, customers need to notify Kech Viking for the quantity being shorted within 3 working days after receiving.
2Damage claim information:
Parts’ damage claim must be filed in within 15 days after receiving. Any damage claim for over 15 days may not be processed as the damage may take place while handling after arrival. To file the damage claim, customers need to present the pictures along with written information, which includes 1. Damage appearance 2. inside sticker which indicate manufacture’s logo, production lot and part ID 3. your brief description for what and where damage is.
**open package or container door with drenching inside or collision appearance outside the container, please do not unload the cargo as the container or package may have dropped to the ground or sea or any accident during the delivery. Have a notary to prove and record down what happen inside the container so the loss can be covered by the insurance

3.Defect claim information:
 For parts with malfunction or defect within warranty, please file claim report within 3 days upon discovering, with the description and pictures of defection along with its inside sticker showing production lot and manufacturer logo and parts ID.

4.Credit and reimbursement
A claim reimbursement equal to FOB value on original invoice (not including freight and insurance). Failing to attach claim information as described above or insufficient claim information may be regarded as an invalid claim.

The claim authorization must be processed and approved after the claim information submitted. The given credits will be sent in the written notice as the credit note after approval. Customers can use the credit within 95 days by payment deduction, resend good product or cash back the reimbursement (after account paid out) except for the delinquency situation.
